Almi
Type what you ate, in plain language. Almi works out the calories and macros. No scanning, no database searching, no portion dropdowns.
Coming to the App Store
How it works
Write “two eggs on sourdough and a flat white” and Almi returns the calories, protein, carbs, and fat. It tracks them against daily targets calculated from your own height, weight, activity level, and goal, not a generic number.
Each week it reads back what actually happened and gives you one or two things worth changing. No streak guilt, no lectures.
Built to collect as little as possible
- No ads, no third-party analytics, no tracking SDKs.
- Your meal text goes to the AI model and nothing else does. No name, no email, no account identifier.
- Only your year of birth is stored, never a full date. Age in whole years is all the calculation needs.
- Apple Health integration is optional, off by default, and controlled per direction.
- Delete your account from Settings and the data goes with it.
